At minimum, we require our couples to acquire an on-site day-of-wedding coordinator. We’re happy to provide you with a list of suggested planners. We offer on-site day of wedding coordination for an additional charge.

Yes, we can provide wedding coordination the day of your event for an additional fee. Please inquire for further details.

Our white folding chairs are included as part of the site fee. You are welcome to rent other chairs according to your preferences; however, our chairs are available to you.

​While the Inn does not provide transportation services, we are happy to recommend those that do. ​We require transportation services for events of 75 or more guests.

Due to the food and beverage license, we carry, we are not permitted to allow any food and beverages brought in from outside the property to be served at your wedding or reception, excluding desserts. This especially includes alcoholic beverages.

You are not required to use our frequently used vendors, but all vendors must be insured. Regardless of which vendors you are using, we ask that you share our Vendor Code of Conduct with them prior to the event and complete and submit the enclosed Vendor Contact Form 30-45 days prior to your event.

• Ruins Tent: 67’ wide x 37’8” long (Ceiling Height: 28’)
• Hall: 23’ wide x 34.5’ long
• Arbor (Boxwood Gardens): 15’ wide x 9’ tall x 4’ deep

Ruins Tent: In the Ruins Tent, there are 4 dedicated 20 amp circuits with drop-down power outlets for use by your DJ, Band, A/V or Lighting Company, or to power fans & heaters , etc.

Boxwood Gardens (Ceremony Site): There are 2 sources for power at the ceremony site. 1 is located behind the Arbor and the other can be found on the cottage adjacent to the Boxwood Gardens. If you intend to utilize power in the Boxwood Gardens, please consider bringing an extension cord.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am. We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in, but cannot guarantee anything earlier than 4:00pm. Oftentimes, we are able to accommodate pre-arranged late check-outs of 12pm.

Yes, there are 3 pet friendly rooms on property. Overlook West, Overlook East, and Overlook Flat, can accommodate up to 2 pets per night for an additional furry friend fee of $85/Night. While on property, all pets must remain on a leash. Your pets may join you while dining on the Vintage Restaurant patio

Smoking is prohibited inside your room and you will incur a $1,000 fee per occurrence. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, and ash trays are available to you upon request. Simply ask your Concierge!

Our pool is open Wednesday through Sunday from approximately *8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend.

While we welcome children to the property, the pool area is for adult guests only.

Outside food & beverages are prohibited at the pool however, we have a number of small bites and beverage items available for purchase. Our pool attendants are happy to assist with this!
