The Inn at Willow Grove’s acclaimed culinary team provides all on-site catering and beverage services. Our custom-designed catering menus feature the same gourmet farm-to-table-style cuisine as our Forbes Travel Guide Four Star-rated restaurant Vintage, with seasonal variations to reflect the freshest, most authentic flavors. Choose from stationed, plated and family-style service options from packages that reflect a wide range of budgets.

Itinerary Planning

Our Events Team will partner with you to plan activities for team-building, networking, spouses and entertainment to help make the getaway memorable for years to come. Whether it’s sight-seeing, historic attractions, wine tasting, hiking, biking or antiquing… whatever your group’s interests are, we can design the perfect outing!

As your Corporate Concierge, our Events Team can arrange private tours and excursions for your group at special rates so you can get the most out of your corporate getaway.

Partner Accommodations

Our corporate partners offer over 150 additional accommodations within a 10 mile radius of The Inn for groups with over fourteen retreat attendees.

For mid- and large-sized groups, The Inn at Willow Grove’s fourteen rooms and suites offer the ultimate in luxury, comfort and elegance for the group’s higher-level executives, principals, trustees, share-holders and honored guests.
Our corporate partner The Holiday Inn on Round Hill, located just minutes down the road from The Inn, offers 65 additional rooms and suites with panoramic Blue Ridge views to impress even the most discerning guest.
Additional accommodations can also be arranged through The Inns at Monpelier Association, which offers a total of 49 additional bed and breakfast-style rooms in properties all within a ten-mile radius of The Inn at Willow Grove.

As your Corporate Concierge, we work closely with property owners on your behalf to book accommodations, coordinate schedules, and make additional arrangements, including optional transportation, based on your preferences. Our Events Team will ensure that everyone is close, comfortable and ready to participate in the day’s events.
